We dedicated 5 years providing much needed attention to the Lincoln High School Alumni and Students. From Prayer Vigils, Healthcare Events and providing an sustainable giving program at LHS. Please join as we take our efforts to the next level of "giving back".

Our Mission

The Lincoln Hornets Alumni Association’s mission starts with spreading our message of hope and compassion. We believe that a single action can make a difference in the community, and that collective action can greatly impact our students, alumni and community. We operate as Student, Alumni and Community advocacy organization providing outreach activities from health and student education to providing synergy to other organizations the support our beloved Hive.

We stand ready to meet all challenges with a “Get In Where You Fit In” and “You Don’t Have To Be A Member To Be A Soldier” Hive mentality.  One Love!

Sincerely Terry Robinson

My Fellow Lincoln Hornets!

I am thrilled to be returning to Lincoln High School as your new principal. I am honored by the trust the community and the school district have placed in me, and I am looking forward to an epic start to the 2019-2020 School Year. I would like to share some information about myself.

Like all of you, the most important people in my life are my children, Brayden and Brieana, and my husband, Rahsaan. I started teaching for our district since 2003 in many capacities beginning in the Lincoln Cluster at Cesar Chavez Elementary School.  I also served Lincoln as a Resource Specialist, Mathematics Teacher, Intervention Coordinator and Administrator Designee. For the past four years, I have had the opportunity to lead Montgomery Middle School. Before that, I was vice principal at Dana Middle School.

I put my name forward for the principal position at Lincoln because I believe Lincoln has more potential than any other school in the district. When I helped reopen the Hive in 2007, I was a part of something very special. I found my identity as a leader for equity amongst people who also believe in the promise and potential of the students in our community. For me, this is not like any other job, this is a homecoming. I am overwhelmed with the number of staff, alumni and community members who have already reached out to welcome me back to a school I deeply love and respect. Together, we are going to take our school to a whole new level of success.

Leading an incredible school like Lincoln will require collaboration and a strong team, so I will be relying on everyone’s leadership, from both staff and students, to show up every day ready to work hard. You have my commitment to do the same. Together, we will build a school where every student feels a strong connection, as well as support from teachers and staff who have an unquestionable love for the students. I am committed to providing an education that is challenging, engaging, relevant and meaningful. That is the Lincoln our students deserve.

I was honored to learn that more than one hundred parents and community members took the time to share their hopes for the future with the community panel who interviewed me for this position. I hope you will continue to share your goals and aspirations with me. I look forward to meeting the families of our students and plan to schedule parent meetings once I make my transition. Until then, I hope all of you savor the remaining bits of summer.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about my background and beliefs. I look forward to reconnecting and getting to know those of you I have yet to meet.

Please never hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. My email is stephanie.brown@sandi.net

I am absolutely thrilled to be a Lincoln Hornet once again!

With Gratitude,

Stephanie Brown
